Luckily it wasn’t abusive but they commonly didn’t deal with my issues and health in the proper way causing me to still suffer from pain almost everyday, also making me do a lot of activities which I struggled to do.
It may be a difficult journey to get any sense of normalcy, it may feel like it will never be fine, but it does get better. Maybe it won’t ever be good but you can find a way to find good in your situation now.
It gets easier and maybe I’m still adjusting because of how long I was in it but I’m getting proper help now in figuring out what is going on. I dearly hope that your new experiences will be so much better than the past, and that you can learn to heal in a healthy way.
Just remember that if you try it will get better.
