Post-upload note: I contacted the guy on the sign. He said it was fine if I kept his name in the video. Though he said "don't share chatlogs" because of privacy or whatever. I'll respect that. Still confused. Kinda glad it's not just doing stuff without my permission and it's an intended feature. Developer put a sort of portal (that purple log block) in my world so I could get to see all of this. I almost expected signs to show up in my world instead. I guess showing a developer only world to me is a better way though. Finally getting answers though! And more questions with them, but at least it's something.
