I think that it's intentional... I think the skeleton may have been in the well... and given all the bones that Andrew is finding...

I'm a fellow Minecrafter and paranormal investigator, annnd I know quite a good deal about command blocks, (including how to troll people with them), so maybe you could reach out to me, send me the world (I'm not worried about viruses, I've dealt with this stuff before), or at least show me some clips, and I could tell you some more about this! From what it seems, command blocks * could * make shadow players, (at least on Java), but it could also just be a glitch. I've had a "shadow entities" and even shadow players come up in my (singleplayer!) worlds sometimes, and it's reeaaal creepy, but totally (especially on Bedrock), within the realm of possibility. As for the buildings appearing, yeah probably command blocks, because who knows? Chris could just be messing with you about the well thing, putting wells in increasingly nonsensical locations... I don't know. I'd totally LOOOVE to reach out to you on some other platform, but for now I'm limited by the fairly stilted (but still capable of a decent furry RP or two) YouTube comment system.
