This was the temp who was instructed to deliver the document to Project Room, in Fusion Shaft.
While he was in the process of delivering it, he was ambushed by another agent. 62020 thought that his ignorance caused the temp to not deliver the document, thus the reason he is in the broken iteration, pre-alpha_0.0.23 as punishment
