Whilst White is an excellent drummer and I don't doubt his ability to play this song; White was only present at the September 11th recording session where they did attempt Please Please Me. This is the take from the November 26th session. The song had undergone large changes in it's arrangement - the addition of John Lennon's harmonica, the fast-tempo and an overall more energetic style. As M P said the Andy White take is on Anthology 1 and sounds like this:

White was not present in the studio when this version of Please Please Me was recorded, and had he been it's likely Ringo would have walked. He was already pissed off that George Martin replaced him on Love Me Do, and never forgave him for it either. It's all detailed in Lewisohn's book 'Tune In' and is an actual fact, no matter what Andy White 'remembers'.
