10/06/2024 @arumi9410: i was so frustrated hearing this song in that trash minecraft teaser. The beatles don't deserve this
10/06/2024 @UnhingedFridge: Two words.
Yoko Ono.
10/06/2024 @thegreatdonato478: @UnhingedFridge and Billy Shears.
10/06/2024 @paulthompsonx: So pumped to hear this used for the Minecraft Trailer. Some weird aesthetic choices in there, but who the heck knows and the director has a solid track record im wtf.
10/06/2024 @N00BGuyYT: I find it disrespectful to use this song in a trash Minecraft movie
10/06/2024 @Songocraft: Nuh uh
10/06/2024 @bernardkelly-m6g: What is Minecraft?
10/06/2024 @groganloza: beatles gonna get more publicity from dis movie then they ever got in their career
10/06/2024 @therealjuliepibbian08: Why do I ALWAYS see comments with at least 1 F bomb?

10/06/2024 @bernardkelly-m6g: I don't know.not nice. @therealjuliepibbian08
10/06/2024 @perkarnmusik7476: @SnapeGaveMeDetention They should learn that the current Paul McCartney is not the James Paul McCartney who sang 'Yesterday' in 1965.

10/06/2024 @groganloza: @Anwelei i know bro. i kno.
10/26/2024 @GREYanimationofficial: But the movie is good
10/30/2024 @jackorton821: @trotropleinplein3173 that's perfectly fine, it's when you make a cringe edit from one of the most loved bands of all times and put it to Jack black in a blue shirt that it becomes a problem.
11/06/2023 @Peter_1986: "Magical Mystery Tour" is easily one of the most trippy Beatles front covers.
04/06/2024 @thefollandgnat: If you know you know.
05/06/2024 @chrysogenmusic: u forget Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
05/06/2024 @Peter_1986: @chrysogenmusic
Yeah, that one too;
the lyrics in that song are a lot like a dream, and LSD is often associated with dreamlike and surrealistic experiences.
05/06/2024 @asmodeus0454: It is one of The Beatles' trippiest albums, music-wise, too.
08/06/2024 @Heretic_Hero: Nah
09/06/2024 @bernardkelly-m6g: Regardless of all that, it's still one of the most perfectly balanced silly musical album of all of theirs. As per PM.I believe He said that.I maybe wrong, but I don't think so.Look up.Peace.
10/06/2024 @Jace-Briand: @bernardkelly-m6g Not trying to be rude but I'm giving constructive criticism, after you use a comma or a period, please put a space. Like this:
words, more words
10/06/2024 @bernardkelly-m6g: @Jace-Briand got it
10/06/2024 @Christoph-l3w: Sounds damn good though
10/06/2024 @Jace-Briand: @Christoph-l3w It does if you have an imagination. Or are on drugs
11/06/2018 @tosksquad: One of the most underrated albums. Often forgetten behind their other giant albums. Funny that this albumn could blow away any other groups’ best album.
11/06/2018 @iminsideyou2717: Monterey Crusaders probably because of the home movie, it wierded people out, and sadly the album was shadowed by it
11/06/2018 @tskmaster3837: It's a five song EP combined with 6 double sided hit singles. As albums go, it's not one.
11/06/2018 @EmileJoulbert: It's a six song EP combined with 5 double sided hit singles. I Am The Walrus was on the original EP, as well as being Hello, Goodbye's B-side.
11/06/2018 @ianprescott7924: Tskmaster You won’t find most of these songs anywhere else. It’s an album
11/06/2018 @tskmaster3837: This is the only US release that makes the official catalogue but it's still a collection like "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow". The only difference is that one of the things it collects was the entire EP its named after. If it didn't exist, the singles... and the EP itself probably... would be part of Past Masters.
11/06/2018 @EmileJoulbert: The only annoying thing about Past Masters is the 20-month gap between Rain and Lady Madonna. But the alternative would be to include the entire Magical Mystery Tour album on Past Masters, only with a different running order:
[...]Paperback Writer, Rain, Strawberry Fields Forever, Penny Lane, All You Need Is Love, Baby You're a Rich Man, Magical Mystery Tour(EP), Hello Goodbye, and THEN Lady Madonna etc.
There is a slight problem, inasmuch as half of the EP isn't exactly worthy single material. But what else to do with it?
11/06/2019 @rememberDay1: best beatles album foor me. also probably helps i put this this on first thing once i started getting high on various drugs every day for a solid year
no one ever suspected a thing. of course it caught up to me in the following years, but that first year, rocking this shit before true addiction caught up, glorious times
11/06/2019 @connorlynch1874: I know this is my fav Beatles album because of this song, The Fool On The Hill, Your Mother Should Know, I Am The Walrus and Strawberry Fields Forever which are really good songs.
11/06/2019 @wlouisharris: It's my favorite Beatles album. As a young kid I loved the psychedelic songs. I thought Paul drew from the inspiration of this album with a lot of his Wings hits.
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: @wlouisharris
Such a great album and the songs are all so catchy. I love them all. Especially, All you need is love, Hello Goodbye and Penny Lane. The Beatles are so much better than any other entertainment act in history.
11/06/2019 @jonwilkins1686: @cumulonimbus583 I the uk it was issued as a 5 song ep
11/06/2019 @fretworker66: @cumulonimbus583 Don't hold back. Life's too short for prevarication or ambiguity
11/06/2019 @thomascars1: Tskmaster it’s a compilation of singles, the only way to get these songs were singles rather than finding them on another album like the other Capitol albums. It is an album(.)
11/06/2019 @partygrottocult1465: Monterey Crusaders I don’t think it could blow away ANY other bands’ BEST album hahaha but still it is amazing, my personal favorites blue jay way, your mother should know, flying, baby you’re a rich man, and of course all the hits. I love the outro of magical mystery tour. Sounded fucking trippy when I first heard it in elementary school
11/06/2019 @DrFumesta: It's not blowing away Pet Sounds.. But its good.
11/06/2019 @holzmanj9: Monterey Crusaders Magical Mystery Tour blows just about anything else but out of the water. It isn't rated as one of the best albums ever simply because t gets compared to EVERY other Beatles Back album. no it isn't as good as Sgt Pepper, but what is? seriously?
11/06/2019 @loukasbaker5977: Best album in my opinion
11/06/2019 @ryjk: So true and this is probably to most people the 6th or 7th Beatles shows u showing amazing they were, BEST BAND EVER it's just a fact at this point let's be honest
11/06/2019 @Kelly14UK: Yeah i know. But it was an American compilation of the singles output surrounding Sgt Pepper's that year. I think Capitol brought it out. I heard a vinyl copy in the UK in '88.
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: 1. Meet The Beatles
2. Abbey Road
3. A Hard Days Night
4.Sgt. Peppers Lonley Hearts Club Band
Those are the 3 Beatles albums above "Peppers" if you can believe that. Hard to believe I like 3 albums more than "Peppers."
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: @DrFumesta
LMFAO. Everyone is entitled to their opinion so let's clear that up but........PET SOUNDS??? Oh my, God! I nearly choked on my KFC after reading that! Absolutely ridiculous. I simply love the Beach Boys. "God Only Knows" gives me chills listening to it but, Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys are an infinite number of times behind the mastery of The Beatles. Sorry.
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: @partygrottocult1465
Easily blowing away other best albums by lots of other bands and The Asian Spitfire says that it a fact.
11/06/2019 @partygrottocult1465: Cumulo Nimbus Cumulo Nimbus I’m just saying that’s a really big generalization. There’s no such thing as perfection, and everything is perfect you get me? The Beatles are the ones who broke down my childhood jail cell. I almost pray at the alter of John and Paul. Every band is a cult, a religion.
You ever heard Da Capo by Love? (The album)? Check it out, you’ll be surprised what you hear, for the year 1966. They really in my opinion gave the Beatles and beach boys and all the other 60s bands a real run for their money. You need to open your ears a little cause after revolver and rubber soul came out, Brian Wilson made pet sounds and his brothers showed it to John and Paul. They got high and it blew their minds so much they decided to make sgt pepper. And as an album I think Pet Sounds really works more than Pepper. I have a feeling you haven’t heard the album all the way through. Check out “Let’s go away for awhile” and “Caroline No.” and the eponymous “pet sounds”. But it’s better just to experience the whole album, just like Pepper. After that They made “Smile” (you can find the approximate album as “the smile sessions”. If you listen to that all the way through it is more psychedelic and cryptic than Pepper and Mystery tour. And the Beatles still are MY band. All artists have something to offer.
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: @partygrottocult1465
Give me a break dude. What the are Paul and John supposed to say? That Pet Sounds sucks compared to our masterpiece "Peppers." Pet Sounds is good to great but the public did not agree. One of the worst selling Beach Boys albums ever whereas "Peppers" road the charts to a tune of 15-17 wks. number one and has gone diamond. People just didn't appreciate the good songs on Pet Sounds and the title of that album didn't help either. Unbelievably stupid name. John even told Elton John one time that Johns version of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds was better than the Beatles. I love Johns version but it doesn't come close. John was too much into Yoko at this time so that's his stupid excuse. Back to Pet Sounds. Doesn't even come close to The Beatles best Album of All Time. "Meet The Beatles" Not when an album has back to back songs to open and album like "I Want To Hold Your Hand," and I Saw Her Standing There." I have yet to hear any album in history to open as brilliant as that. Nothing compares. Ok that's enough. You know my stand on the Beatles and "Peppers." Have a nice day.
11/06/2019 @partygrottocult1465: Cumulo Nimbus Firstly I think you’re taking what I’ve said the wrong way. My point is that there’s no BEST of anything, especially in comparing the different discographies of great artists. Just no point, music is subjective, and changes through the years. And to your “what the hell are John and Paul suppose to say?” Well Paul and John have both said that Pet Sounds is one of their all time favorite albums. God only knows his “favorite song”. Let me say that your using album sales, rather than the material music itself as indication of the “greatness, or bestness” of an album, isn’t the way to go. And to your points about John liking Elton’s more, I agree with you, the original is loads better, clearly. But John himself didn’t think that the album even really was a concept album. He said the songs other than the opening and closing could’ve could’ve gone on any other albums. Sorry to have created a rough discussion. But my main point stands, there’s no use in comparing artists or albums. Really do recommend you listen to Da Capo by Love. Just good rocking songs, if you haven’t heard em yourself. 2 great openers. And Pet Sounds is you haven’t already, but if you’re looking for true psychedelia, try the Smile Sessions by The Beach Boys. Sorry to bother, it’s all just discussions.
11/06/2019 @MrHim1987: true
11/06/2019 @gordonshumway7239: Tskmaster I take your point. But that adds up to 17 songs. More than I got on my copy ...
11/06/2019 @alfching2499: This is The Beatles,No Such Thing as Underrated,
11/06/2019 @nonoff2597: @EmileJoulbert @Tskmaster
It's a six song EP combined with 3 double sided hit singles. I Am The Walrus was on the original EP, as well as being Hello, Goodbye's B-side.
11/06/2019 @nonoff2597: @fretworker66 your humor is much appreciated in this online wasteland :-D

11/06/2019 @partygrottocult1465: Non Off Forever Changes is an amazing album. Along with da capo. What more can I say?

11/06/2019 @alfching2499: Monterey Crusaders This was Originally a American album,A double gate fold EP was released here at the time,I know I’ve still got mine
11/06/2019 @nikkidawn9297: Yeah well, movie was absolute shit so unfortunately this album being similar to A Hard Days Night, Help, and Yellow Submarine reflects that. The album on its own was amazing though.
Makes me wonder if they did not bother with the movie and just released the album would it have been better received.
11/06/2019 @davidbowman4259: Indeed. Their "fillers," "B sides" and "throwaways" still kick serious ass. Greatest. Group. Ever. Period, the end.
11/06/2019 @kilgortrout3432: One of the first album I bought with my own money.
11/06/2019 @magplin: Monterey Crusaders this is my top best Beatles since I was 4 yrs old
11/06/2019 @dek6929: KIRA QUEEN! DAISO NO BAKUDAN! BITE ZA DUSTO!
11/06/2019 @BeanBeanMcBean3000: Monterey Crusaders this album can take you away, you’ll have everything you need there
11/06/2019 @BeanBeanMcBean3000: I'm inside you it was a good movie tho
11/06/2019 @Ulrich_von_Jungingen: You are right. This album has some of the very best of the Beatles and not many duds. Still Sgt Peppers though....can't get past A Day in the Life.
11/06/2019 @chumpymcchump5024: Monterey, you are 150 maybe even 200% correct.
11/06/2019 @chumpymcchump5024: @cumulonimbus583 I appreciate your opinion. But for me, as a kid when Peppers was released, I still consider it my personal favorite. Abbey Road is awesome as well. I love the White Album, but it's not as cohesive as any other album we've discussed. Meet The Beatles is great as you mentioned. My top 5 includes Rubber Soul.
11/06/2019 @cumulonimbus583: @Daniel Olortegui
Better than, Abbey Road? No but its up there.
11/06/2020 @rrwright: This is my favorite beatles album especially at its high points
11/06/2020 @ferchocapram6686: Yolo
11/06/2020 @chickencasaa: Mmt is one my favorite albums
11/06/2020 @bryanr.2651: This whole album is a trip
11/06/2020 @jeffweinstein299: Much agreed. It's easily my favorite Beatles album. It's the perfect joyful cross between psychedelia and 1965 Merseybeat. It, to me, is their most original work since "She Loves You." I feel they integrated classical instruments better than in "Sgt. Pepper's" if only because their use sounds more organically a part of their melodies. This record is as much pure fun as it is pure genius.
11/06/2020 @slimshine953: @Ulrich_von_Jungingen ~ Not many duds? I don't hear any at all. How many do you hear?
