10/06/2024 @Pelican_t: 68 65 74 20 6C 61 70 6E 20 73 69 20 63 61 74 69 6F 6E translated from hexadecimal reads "h e t l a p n s i c a t i o n" It appears to be jumbled up so I rearranged it to read "The plan is action" which makes a small amount of sense since in an unlisted video which there was an audio recording of a conversation between 2 people, one of them did say "it's time to engage with the plan"
