Im ashamed to admit it took me 7 minutes and 58 seconds to realize it was an april fools day bit, I mean I realized it was absurd and I thought there would be some twist but I was just confused. I kept pausing the video and my eyes nearly buldged out of my sockets a few times. The first 2 or so minutes felt so real and I was SO stoked and then i was like... herobrine? Then i was like... Hero Brian? But the thing is, Andrew has been SO good at this that i didnt wanna question his artistic abilities even as things got more and more ridiculous. i kind of started reaching disbelief around 4-5 minutes in, I was so confused but just kept laughing and pausing and i felt like this was a bit but i couldnt understand why it would be. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks 😭
Again, a bittt sad this wasnt a canon episode because im absolutely OBSESSED with this series, but honestly? The absurb comedy gold was SO worth the initial let down. Him meeting Wifies had me FLOORED and also got me oddly in the feels? I admittedly only found out about this channel through him and it coming full circle just made me realize how grateful i was that i stumbled across that video, and how these minuscule and mundane things we do can have such big consequences, it just really makes you think 😭
Idk what was getting me more, the Herobrian running gag or the "bedrock and white wood" one LMAOO. High stampy and Chris eating a whopper were iconic as well. Again I loved the meta of the Wifies bit, and hearing Andrew say "is that skibidi toilet?" Made me start choking on air. The mountain dew part too. Ugh. Iconic.
Ironically, though, this did teach me a lesson: Andrew can create bangers with lore building, exploring dark, unsettling, and emotional themes, make amazing music... AND create comedy fucking gold. Man, you are so talented in so many different ways. I have an insatiable hunger for more content from you the way I haven't had from a youtube channel in ages. You're genuinely amazing and as always i am so seated to see what comes next 😊
