Problems with my game

Оriginal description: If anyone has encountered something similar, please write what to do to fix this problem. And yes, I know that 2 new versions of Minecraft have already been released, and they are Alpha 1.2.1 and Alpha Alpha 1.2.1_01, but I cannot install them due to lack of disk space, Of course, I can delete Minecraft Alpha 1.2.0_02, but then I will lose all your game progress, which is very undesirable for me personally. 6/11/10.
