I'm getting closer to the source, the pattern particles are going haywire, I feel major nausea and I feel like my monitor is pulling me inside it.
What has Grejang done? This contradicts everything the author is saying, Grejang is blurring the line between Man and machine. Is the Nguyen I know "Gone"?
Is this simulated Nguyen really who I think he is? How can anyone be appropriately stored in a computer without their emergent properties?
If who Nguyen is depends on the emergent properties of every particle existing in his body, what happens when you remove the emergence? Will he be a zombie but alive? Will he not be conscious, but a program made to make the choices of a previously conscious being?
JStar. There's one thing I noticed.
If Grejang takes their consciousness and "Screenshots" it, making it a slice of who they were when they got transferred into DeltaQuest, then that means that there is no "Original" Nguyen. One of them goes on in the game, the other does not.
But because of that continuity of both brains thinking they are the original, who really is the original?
In conclusion
Nguyen was not transferred into DeltaQuest, He was copied. Now the question is;
Where did Nguyen's original body go?
