Soo, this one is regarding Archivarium and it's current state.

First of all, Google is still being a bitch about me
downloading videos, so that's the main issue right now.
Second of all, I don't have a job and don't know how long I
can keep Archivarium running, but it should be good for like
2 more months at least. Then my domain expires and I won't have
money to pay for server either, so that's also a worry.
In case that happens I'm gonna upload everything somewhere,
I'll keep you updated on it.

Anyway, let's get back to Archivarium.

There's a lot of issues in Archivarium at it's current state
beside Google being a bitch.


1. Lack of new content channels
This happened because of Minecraft Webseries Container is
unmaintained for quite a while now, and I don't have
access to it. So my proposed solution is this:
Let people add channels on their own, but that brings us
to another issue.

2. Lack of moderation
There's a lot of videos that do not fit the theme
of the archive due to channels being reused for
different stuff after ARG has ended. So my proposed
solution is again let the community help, since there's
just too much. WAAY too much. I genuinely wouldn't be able 
to do that on my own if I add the feature to let people
add the channels to the list.

3. A lot of ARGs go beyond youtube, and unlisted videos
aren't fetched.
Well, yeah. I am once again thinking of relying on you to
add all of that missing links to unlisted videos and
external channels, since there's no way to fetch them
on my own.

So you might've noticed the direction I'm going in
while I was explaining all of that. And yes, I'm
thinking of turning Archivarium into something
a bit bigger, like an ARG community focused on
archiving as much ARG content as possible.

For now the plan is:

1. Rewrite the YouTube channel fetch thing
2. Add support for more media sources
   (blogs, sites, all of that)
3. Turn it all into a database instead of
   doing what I'm doing right now
   (trust me, you don't wanna know)
4. Add auth and make a simple moderation system
5. Let people submit channels

I think that's it for now. And yes, it's going to move
away from "minecraft only" direction, targeting all kinds
of ARGs.
